Our primary goal for our Duval Spine & Rehab patients is to offer hope and help to regain their lives. Whether you’ve been injured playing sports, on the job or in a motor vehicle accident, we tailor care to your needs and goals. Our approach doesn’t stop there: we also provide education to help you understand the underlying cause of the problem and what your body needs to heal.
Committed to Providing Comprehensive, Compassionate Care
Dr. Phil practiced for nearly two decades in New Jersey before heading south for year-round sunshine. He practiced as an associate for five years and became increasingly discouraged about his inability to offer the comprehensive care he felt his patients deserved. In 2023, he opened our clinic along with nurse practitioner Elizabeth Bagan, to provide comprehensive, patient-focused care to correct problems rather than simply eliminating symptoms.
His compassion is evident, and our patients feel comfortable trusting him with their health. The vibe of our practice is welcoming, warm and fun—we know you’re in pain, and we strive to make your time with us enjoyable and healing. We treat everyone we care for like a member of our own family.
